Chuck had his first experience with yoga in 1998 in a Bikram studio in San Francisco. Since then he has developed a strong traditional Hatha practice. He graduated from Yoga Teaching Training of Central Florida in 2011 with his RYT 200 hrs. He is certified in Hatha, Pranayama, and Meditation. He has a BS in education with a strong background in coaching and athletics.
Chuck’s teaching style is traditional Hatha based with Anusara, and Iyenger influences. His classes are explorative and educational, focusing on alignment, breath, and meditation. He gives adjustments when needed and offers challenges to those who want a little more in their yoga journey.

Yoga is my Fountain of Youth; it has given me peace of mind and strength of body. As an older man yoga has improved my quality of life beyond imagination. Being able to teach and share my message with anybody that will listen gives me purpose and strength to live my life to the fullest.
